SigmaTronix offers LEAD-FREE rework and reball OVERNIGHT services. Our BGA reball services are capable of handling any lot size from prototype to pre-production volumes. All types of BGA components, including PBGA, CBGA, TBGA, microBGA and EBGA, etc., can be processed and repaired. Also, many different types of connectors, sockets, PCB’s, etc., are suitable for the ball attach process.
